How does the client onboarding process work?
At Branded by Bee, we’ve created a simple, seamless onboarding process that makes it easy for you to get started without the back-and-forth.
Step 1: Choose Your Package + Submit Form
First, browse the available packages and select the one that best fits your business. Then, fill out the short form on the site with a few key details about your brand and the package you’re choosing.
Step 2: Confirmation + Next Steps
Within 24 hours, we’ll personally reach out via email or Instagram DM to confirm your booking and send you a Final Branding Form. This is where you’ll share brand colors, vibe, logo (if you have one), service info, and inspiration so we can create something aligned and powerful.
Step 3: Complete Branding Questionnaire
This in-depth form is your creative brain dump! It gives us everything we need to bring your brand to life, including visual preferences, content direction, and creative assets.
Step 4: Payment to Lock In Your Start Date
Once your form is complete, we’ll send a secure Stripe payment link. Once payment is received, your spot is locked.
Step 5: We Start Building
We get to work! You’ll receive sneak peeks and updates throughout the process. Projects are typically delivered in 3-14 business days depending on your package.
Step 6: Final Delivery + Edits
You’ll receive your full design package, including your website, brand kit, and any extras. Each package includes 1–2 rounds of revisions. Once approved, your files are delivered via Google Drive or private portal.
Step 7: Wrap-Up + Support
After delivery, we’ll send over a thank-you message, a testimonial request, and invite you to access add-ons or future services like ad management, automation, or email funnels.

Most website and branding projects are completed within 7–10 business days. Larger funnel projects may take 2–3 weeks. I take on a limited number of clients weekly to ensure quality.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Select services qualify for 2-part or 3-part payment plans through Stripe at checkout. You can also request custom billing via email before booking.
